Transfer of an Arbitration Agreement

If the rights and obligations of a party to an arbitration agreement are transferred, whether in whole or in part, the arbitration agreement shall be binding on the transferee, unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the arbitration agreement or the transferee explicitly objects to the transfer or is unaware of the existence of a separate arbitration agreement at the time of the transfer.
