Where a party challenges a re-arbitration award, he may file a petition with a people's court of competent jurisdiction for vacation within 6 months from the date of service of the re-arbitration award. Other provisions of The Arbitration Law applicable to the vacation of an arbitration award also apply to the vacation of a re-arbitration award.
