Lawsuit Prohibited after Arbitration

Where an award has been made by an international arbitration institution of the People's Republic of China, neither disputing party may file a lawsuit with a people's court based on the same dispute under the award.

Where either party fails to comply with the award, the other party may file a petition for enforcement with the intermediate people's court in the jurisdiction where the domicile or property of the party against whom enforcement is sought is located.
