Seat of Arbitration

Seat of Arbitration

The seat of arbitration may be agreed upon by the disputing parties.

In the absence of such an agreement or their agreement is not clear enough to determine a specific seat of arbitration, the arbitration proceedings may be conducted at the domicile of the arbitration commission or other place determined by the arbitration commission or arbitral tribunal.

After an award is made, the award shall be deemed to have been made at the seat of arbitration.
