Independence and Impartiality in Rendering an Award in International Arbitration
Arbitration shall serve the purpose of settling disputes in impartial and reasonable manners based on facts and according to law.
Arbitration shall be conducted independently according to law without being interfered by any administrative authority, social entity, or individual.
An arbitral tribunal shall independently and impartially render a fair and reasonable arbitration award based on the facts ascertained, the evidence adduced and admitted, transcripts, records, and other reports and opinions admitted, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, arbitration rules, and international practices, etc.
