Sample Arbitration Clauses

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in good faith pursuant to Section 19 or where good faith negotiations do not take place due to concerns in relation to applicable statutes of limitations, either Party shall be entitled to refer the dispute to arbitration by serving written notice on the other Party, in which case the relevant dispute shall be referred to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and finally resolved by arbitration pursuant to the ICC Rules of Arbitration by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules, provided that: the arbitral tribunal shall be composed of one arbitrator if the dispute concerns recovery of AAA invoices up to 00000 EUR, and three arbitrators in all other instances; the seat of the arbitration shall be Munich; the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language; and the decisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties.
  • Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the HongKong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted.
  • Any dispute, whether contractual or not, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules “LCIA Rules'"), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
  • If any dispute arises in relation to this Agreement, including any question as to its existence, validity or termination, such dispute (for the purpose of this Clause, a Dispute) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules (the Rules) of Arbitration of the London Court of International Arbitration (the LCIA) which are applicable at the time of reference to the arbitration and are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause 18.3.
  • Notwithstanding the above, all disputes and differences arising under or in connection with this Policy which the parties are unable to resolve amicably, subject to the exception set out below, shall be referred to arbitration under the AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society of the UK ("ARIAS") Arbitration Rules.
  • Should the Guaranteed Party fail to make the election within 60 days of the receipt of the Guarantor’s written notice referred to in Clause 72(ii) above, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in the English language at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre or at such other venue in Singapore as the Parties may agree in writing in accordance with the SIAC Rules for the time being in force subject to Clause 72.2, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause 72.
