After an arbitral tribunal has been established, the arbitration commission or secretariat will notify the parties in writing of the composition of the arbitral tribunal in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
Each of the arbitrators selected by the disputing parties or appointed by the chairman of the arbitration commission shall sign a declaration to undertake to remain impartial and independent in the arbitration proceedings and/or a written disclosure to disclose the facts or circumstances that may give rise to justifiable doubts about his impartiality or independence.
In case of any such facts or circumstances discovered during the proceedings, the arbitrator shall promptly disclose such facts or circumstances in writing.
The declarations and/or written disclosures of the arbitrators must be submitted to the arbitral commission, and their copies must be sent to the parties.
