Time Period for Acceptance or Rejection of a Petition for Preservation of Property

After receiving a petition for preservation of property, the people's court shall make an order of acceptance or rejection within 48 hours in case of an emergency. Where it accepts the petition and makes an order for preservation, it shall start to enforce the order promptly.

Time Period for Making an Order for Preservation of Property

If a petition for preservation of property is accepted, the people's court that receives the petition shall make an order for preservation within 48 hours upon receipt, and shall start to enforce the order promptly after it is made.

Time Period for Filing for Arbitration after an Order for Preservation of Property Is Made

A disputing party who requests preservation of property must file for arbitration within 30 days after the people's court has preserved the property, failing which the people's court will cancel the preservation measure and release the property from preservation.
