Enforcement Actions - Enforcement Officers

Enforcement actions shall be taken by enforcement officers.

In the case of a compulsory enforcement action, the enforcement officers shall produce their credentials. Upon completion of an enforcement action, a written record of the enforcement action shall be made and signed or sealed by the relevant persons present.

A people's court may establish an enforcement agency where necessary.
