Enforcement by a Foreign Court

Where a party seeks to enforce an award of an international arbitration commission that has become legally enforceable and the party against whom enforcement is sought or his property is not in the territory of the People's Republic of China, the party seeking enforcement shall directly file a petition with a foreign court of competent jurisdiction for recognition and enforcement.
