Return in Case of Erroneous Enforcement

Where an award as the basis for enforcement is held to be erroneous and vacated by the people's court after the completion of an enforcement action, the people's court shall make an order for the person who has obtained the enforced property to return it and take a compulsory enforcement action against the person in case of the person's refusal to return.
