Succession in Case of Death or Termination in Enforcement Procedure
Where an individual against whom enforcement is sought dies, his debts shall be paid from his estate. Where a legal entity or other organization against which enforcement is sought is terminated, its obligations shall be performed by the successor to its rights and obligations.
