Challenge to an Enforcement Action


Where a party to an enforcement procedure or an interested party believes that an enforcement action the provisions of the applicable law, they may file a written challenge with the enforcement court. Where either party to an enforcement procedure or an interested party files a written challenge, the people's court shall review the challenge within 15 days from the date of receipt and make an order to vacate or rectify the enforcement if the challenge is grounded or dismiss the challenge if it is ungrounded. Where either party or an interested party challenges the order, they may file a petition with the people's court at the next higher level for reconsideration within 10 days from the date of service of the order.
