Jurisdiction of Enforcement Cases in International Arbitration
A case for enforcement of an arbitration award shall fall under the jurisdiction of the intermediate people's court in the jurisdiction where the domicile of the party against whom enforcement is sought or the property to be enforced is located.
When hearing a case for vacation of an arbitration award, the people's court shall appoint a collegial panel to hear the case and make inquiries of the parties.
Where necessary in hearing a case for vacation or enforcement of an arbitration award, a people's court may seek explanations or request access to the case files from the arbitration institution that made the arbitration award.
The orders made by a people's court in the proceedings of a case involving arbitration may be served on the relevant arbitration institution.
