Property as Evidence in International Arbitration in China

If movable property is used as evidence, the original object must be submitted. But its replica, video materials, or other substitute may be provided if the original object is unsuitable for handling or preservation. In such a case, the replica, video materials, or other substitute will be subject to inspection to verify their authenticity.

If immovable property is used as evidence, image data of the immovable property must be submitted and will be subject to inspection to verify their authenticity when necessary.
