Off-site Regulatory Rules for Financial Leasing Companies (selected - 7)

Article 20:     Local financial regulatory authorities may query the information on financial leasing companies in the basic databases of financial credit information and the databases of market-oriented credit information services according to law.

Local financial regulatory authorities may recommend financial leasing companies with sound operation and good financial condition which may be granted access to the basic databases of financial credit information according to regulations.

Financial leasing companies may cooperate with market-oriented credit information services in accordance with the principles of commercial cooperation to provide, query and use credit information according to law.

Article 21:     The local financial regulatory authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall submit the statements collected and summarized and the reports prepared as required by these Rules to the CBRC through the regulatory information system for six types of institutions.

The annual statements (Attachments 1-5) collected by the local financial regulatory authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be submitted to the CBRC before March 31 of the following year, the quarterly statements (Attachment 6) shall be submitted to the CBRC before May 5, August 5, November 5 and February 5, respectively, of the following year, and the annual regulatory reports shall be submitted to the people's government at the same level and the CBRC before April 10 of the following year.
