Off-site Regulatory Rules for Financial Leasing Companies (selected - 3)


Article 10:     These Rules are unified rules for off-site regulation. Where necessary in performing their duties, local financial regulatory authorities may require financial leasing companies to submit documents and materials other than those specified in these Rules in order to comprehensively collect the information on the operation and risk status of financial leasing companies.


Article 11:     Each local financial regulatory authority shall pay close attention to the information publicly released by government authorities, rating agencies and news media, and supervise and guide financial leasing companies in preventing and controlling relevant business risks.

Any information on a major change in the operation and management of a financial leasing company shall be verified in a timely manner and corresponding regulatory measures shall be taken.
