Regulatory Rules for Financial Leasing Companies (selected - 1)
Article 6: In
the off-site regulation of the financial leasing companies within its
jurisdiction, any local financial regulatory authority shall mainly target at
the financial leasing companies as legal persons, follow the principle of
regulation of legal persons, and impose higher responsibilities on such legal
persons.
Article 7: The
off-site regulation of financial leasing companies includes four stages:
information collection and verification, risk monitoring and evaluation,
information submission and use, and regulatory measures.
